Safeworks International was founded in 2008 by a team of industrial-safety engineers with one conviction: every worker deserves world-class protective equipment, regardless of geography or budget.

Today, we operate three state-of-the-art production bases spanning 38,000 m², employing 850+ people across engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and international sales. Our products are exported to 67 countries and trusted by 1,200+ B2B buyers — from family-run distributors to Fortune 500 industrial groups.

Our journey from workshop to global supplier

2008

Founded in Qingdao

Started as a 60-person injection-molding workshop producing industrial hard hats for domestic Chinese customers.

2012

First CE certification

Achieved EN 397 certification for hard hats. Began exporting to European distributors, opening our first overseas office in Hamburg.

2015

ISO 9001 quality system

Rolled out company-wide ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Established in-house testing lab with impact, abrasion, and chemical-resistance rigs.

2018

Respiratory & fall protection launch

Opened our second production base in Suzhou dedicated to respiratory masks, harnesses, and SRLs.

2021

ANSI certification & US expansion

Achieved ANSI Z89.1 for helmets. Launched US distribution hub in Houston, TX. Reached 50-country milestone.

2024

Sustainability program launched

Rolled out rPET coveralls and solar-powered manufacturing. Cut per-unit CO₂ footprint by 22%. ISO 14001 certified.

2026

8.5M units / year capacity

Third facility in Vietnam opens, expanding hi-vis garment capacity by 40%. Now serving 1,200+ B2B clients across 67 countries.
